Ford's Smart Cities
An R&D initiative to develop systems and software to visualize the traffic patterns, vehicle movements and environmental impacts, in both high density urban and suburban communities. I worked closely with an engineer to use both archived and real-time city and vehicle sensor data to create an interactive data visualization that identified bottle necks and optimized paths for a fleet.

TouchTable
A gesture and touch controlled simulation map that allowed users to examine, explore, and physically manipulate large complex maps and visualizations of other graphical data sets. Designing interactions with a combination of touch and gesture controls on a top–down projected table, we came up with novel forms of collaboration.

We created the Command Cab concept for John Deere — a next-generation operator interface for combines, tractors and other farming equipment with a flexible glass cockpit — which was presented at Agritechnica 2019, the world leading trade fair for agricultural machinery.

I worked on the KiraVan® Expedition System for several years during my time at Applied Minds. Our team developed the glass cockpit and controls interfaces. This project taught me to simplify complex systems into intuitive interfaces.
